Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all UK and Northern Ireland residents only (who are 16 years or over, excluding employees of APB Creative Ltd, their agents/immediate families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion).  
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Prize draw is opens on Wednesday 3rd December 2014 and closes at 20:00, Friday December 5th 2014. A prize draw will take place on all valid entries during this period and a winner chosen at random.
  4. Winner will be notified by email on Friday 5th December. In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner within 2 hours of the initial notification it reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

 

  1. The prize consists of 2 x tickets to Capital Radio’s Jingle Bell Ball featuring Union J amongst many other artists at London’s O2 Arena. Expenses for travel, accommodation are not included.

 

  1. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative, and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal or greater value. The prize-winner agrees that no liability shall be attached to APB Creative or parties connected to APB Creative as a result. 
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, misdirected, delayed or corrupted entries whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise. 
  4. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. 
  5. The Promoters decision is final in all promotional matters. 
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend this draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
